The great grape failure

Mother Nature did not want us to make raisins. We tried, we really did. But too many rainy, stormy or overcast days destroyed our science experiment. It’s really hard to make sun-dried raisins when the sun isn’t around. So we threw in the towel, called our experiment a failure, and threw our only slightly shriveled and starting to rot grapes in the trash.

I guess that’s part of science, you have to take the failure with the success. Connor is not terribly phased by it. But next time, I think we will just throw the grapes in the food dehydrator and let him see what happens then. Seems a little bit simpler than playing roulette with the weather.
